Author's POV.

"Mr Rays, is there a problem?" one of the board members stopped his speech.

Roman raised his fiery gaze and the man who spoke was naturally scared.

"This meeting is over," Roman sneered, holding back the rage building up in him.

"Sir?" another one gasped.

"We don't understand,"

"Everyone leave!" Roman growled, slamming his hand on the table. "I want all of you out of this fucking room. Get out!!"

The men quickly rose to their feet and exited the boardroom one after the other. Once the boardroom was empty, Roman unleashed his rage.

He growled, sprang to his feet, and smashed his phone against the wall.

He had always loved Elise and the moments he had shared with her, have never left his mind. He had tried forgetting her, but it had been impossible and that was his reason for hiring people to kill Damien.
