It was eleven at night when Casey got the idea to show Ava his father’s company. It was something he wanted to do for a while. Klaire was not very interested in the company building and he was only able to get her to see his office and his father’s office before she got bored and wanted to leave.
Ava was someone more inclined to do that kind of thing and she would actually pay attention when he told her about each part of the company and how things worked regularly and what he did. It was also an attempt for him to change her perspective on him. With all that had been going on, Ava could very much think that he was pathetic for going back to Klaire and so he wanted to show her, not only that he was someone who could spend money on her but also someone who was intelligent in the world of business.

After Klaire’s words, she rushed out of the room, slamming the door after her. There was some silence in the room before Ava coughed. At this point, Ava didn’t think that their plan was going to work. It was just too messy. Although according to Casey, Klaire actually did go to find Andrew after their fight. He called it a win and said that Klaire was beginning to lose interest in him but Ava knew that it would take more than one fight to get that to happen. Months passed and Casey and Ava continued in their relationship without any obstacles. Klaire remained ignorant to what they were doing and that was the plan. They had all hung out with Andrew numerous times but it seemed like Klaire made sure to stay away from him at all costs. She made sure that she was not seen talking to him or even looking at him and stayed by Casey’s side the entire time.
