Chapter 28: Don't fall in love

Matilda held her head low as Andre kept on admiring how gorgeous she looked. He was lost in her beauty and even Alice could see the impact her looks had on him. For all the years she had worked for Andre she had never seen him look at any of his sugar baby the way he was looking at Matilda now. She was of the impression that this was probably her best put together outfit for dinner or did the glam team do just perfectly well? She wanted to deviate her suspicion to that but she was too wise of a woman to understand what they look on Andre's face meant.

"Keep your head straight." She whispered to Matilda who hesitated before raising her head. Her breath was heavy from feeling nervous. The way Andre looked at her made her feet grow weak and cold shivers ran down her spine. Alice smiled curtly satisfied that Andre loved what he was seeing.
