“WHAT did you say?” gulat at galit na tanong ni Kai kay Trey.

Hindi umimik si Trey dahilan para k’welyuhan muli ito ni Kai.

“You’re really shameless, aren’t you? How can you do that to her?” galit na tanong ni Kai.

“Why can’t I?” tanong ni Trey.

Napakunot-noo  si Kai. “Ha? What did you say?”

Tinabig ni Trey ang kamay ni Kai para alisin ang pagkak’welyo nito sa kanya.

Napangisi si Trey. “Why? Do you think you’re the right person to do that? Really? Fifteen years ago, you’ve been an asshole to her and she suffered the consequences without you by her side.
