I stand in front of Chase and Jen in total shock. Chase's eyes look three times bigger than they normally are.

“Nice to see you again Chase I hope your practice wasn’t so much of a bother for you with our visit tonight,” I offer him my hand to shake.

He clears his throat and takes my hand, raising it to his lips kissing the back of my hand softly making my cheeks feel warm and the butterflies start flapping uncontrollably around in my stomach.
