Chapter 53

I wake up early on a Monday morning and I do my normal weekday morning routine. Shower, dry, dress, hair, makeup, breakfast, and drive off to school. I still feel a little jetlagged from the flight yesterday, but I will power through as I wanna make sure everything is cool between me and Chase. I know I will have Jen on me as soon as I pull into the parking lot as I didn’t speak to her before I left her house last night. I also know that Selena will want a catch-up on everything that’s happened if she doesn’t already know.

I pull into the parking lot and see Chase and Jen leaning against their cars with Selena and Lucas standing with them. I presume they are waiting for me to arrive. Chase is talking with Lucas, and I see Jen has spotted me and she pulls Selena away from the guys and heads in my direction. I park up and climb out of my car just as I turn around the girls are standing there staring at me with their arms crossed.
