CHAPTER 8

  “Anyways, why aren’t you at your party?”

  “Because, I don’t really care about parties".he shrugged.

“Why did you throw one then?” she asked, and he took a step towards her. 

“Once in a while you need to throw one, it is kind of a necessity".

She rolled her eyes.

“Wow, it must be really had” she said “just in case you didn’t notice, I was being sarcastic".

   He laughed.

  It was rich and deep, just as she remembered. 

“You haven’t changed you know” he said, taking another step towards her. He was much closer now, and the fact that she was alone with him made her even more tense.  Her stomach were literally in knots.

“It is getting really cold out here,” she said, wrapping her arms round herself to make it more believable “I think I’m going to head back inside".
