Brian adjusted beside her. She wanted the truth, and she was surely going to get it.
“Brooklyn stop acting ignorant, you damn well know the reason I invited you here”

She knew that giving in to this would only push her deep into whatever was going on between them. Her anger for him was still there, but yet she was reluctant to pull away. She felt herself leaning into him.“Brooklyn! Are you out here?” Tegan’s voice pulled her out of whatever spell she had been on, and she quickly pulled away. She shifted away from him and scrambled to get up, but sits back due to the pain in her ankle.

She had been laying around in bed all day, and its has been days after the bathroom accident. The leg had relieved her slightly ,she did not really need her cane anymore...not much anyways.It was mid noon and she was really hungry. She hadn't eaten the whole day because she didn't feel like...plus Tegan and Mira weren't around to pester her about her poor eating habit either. She slowly limped down the stairs, heading towards the kitchen.The quickest thing to fix was a cereal, and she really wasn't feeling like a chef at the moment...so she settled for just cereal. When she was done fixing herself a bowl, she limped her way to the living room and settled herself on the couch. She was halfway done with her meal when her phone rang. She checked...it was Tegan. Little over a week later, Aaron found himself walking into a room where Brooklyn was waiting to be checked. Aaron checked his time, he had 20 minutes till his shift was over and 30 minutes till he had to head to the bakery to pick brooklyn up. The morning came earlier than she expected. She woke up in a very uncomfortable position on the floor, with a massive headache. Her back ached from sleeping on the hard floor. She stood up groggily and headed for the bathroom. She peeled the dress off her body and stared at herself in the mirror, she looked like a mess. Her lipstick was smudged and her cheeks were stained with mascara and dried tears. With a sigh, she stepped under the shower and turned it on. Once she was fully dressed, she sent a quick text to Tegan, telling him to come over, and then she headed to the kitchen. She was brewing coffee when the front door opened. "Brook you home!?" She recognized the voice instantly, it was Mira's. "In the kitchen!" She yelled back. Shortly after, the door to the kitchen opened and Mira walked in. "Wait... You weren't home?" Brooklyn asked.
