"Father you need to do something" Delphi urged Alpha Lugard, who wasn't saying a word. "She tricked you, made you save her friends, and then collided with your enemy"

Alpha Lugard got mad at what Delphi said. "She tricked me" he muttered.

"They cannot be mates Delphi, Alpha Ryder needs a powerful woman by his side" her mother tried to convince her, but Delphi looked up to her father waiting for his decision instead.

"I would invite them over for dinner, we would conclude this after hearing from them. If it appears that Charia had confessed to Alpha Ryder about us, we would know from his expressions and answers. If they are really mates too, we would know from their closeness. So Delphi my daughter put your mind at rest and focus on your marriage which is the most important thing for us now"

Delphi's anger subsided a little, replaced by a sense of satisfaction. Maybe her parents were right. Maybe Charia was up to something, and they could use it to their advantage.
