Chapter Twenty Three A

The morning sun cast its golden rays upon the house, bringing with it a sense of normality that misled the downpour brewing within. Melissa, burdened by the pressure of the truth she had witnessed, braced herself for the difficult confrontation that lay ahead. She knew that Delphi needed to face the consequences of her actions, and Charia deserved to know the truth.

Taking a deep breath, Melissa sought out Delphi, finding her in the private corner of the garden. The air crackled with tension as Melissa approached, her gaze unwavering, courage engraved on her face.
