"Where else, Kayla? I am taking you to the hospital! I can't stand the thought of my assistant being down with a fever!"

He asserted possessively as his grip on my hand tightened, making me get so stunned for a split second.

If there was anything I was expecting, it definitely wasn't the scene of Alpha Reynolds storming into my office to drag me out of it like he owned me.

Like Ava never existed and that we've been in love for a long time now.

Without a second glance at me, he turned his stare towards the exit of the office, and instantly, he dragged me out of the office.

As we headed for the exit of the company, I couldn't help but get so embarrassed and silently bullied too at the judgmental sight of everyone that saw Alpha Reynolds holding my hand.

I swallowed anxiously as I stared back at them, but not for too long because, trust me, it was horrifying and scary.

It felt as though I had claimed their Alpha to myself, and they weren't going to get him from me anymore w
