Chapter Thirty Nine

When Elvis got home, he was so restless. He was not sure whether Amanda meant what she said. He was sad that even after explaining everything to her, she was so angry with him. He didn't know what to do. He knew that he was nothing without her because he has fallen deeply in love with her.

He remembered what happened in her house before he left. He remembered how he was kissing her to shut her up from saying hurtful words. He knew how hard Amanda was trying to break free from the kiss which was unsuccessful because he was stronger than her. He was still enjoying the kiss when Amanda bit his lips so hard that it hurt him. He didn't know that Amanda would do that to him. When she did that to him, he decided to let her be. He had a swollen lip as a result of that. He decided to let her be until she calms down. He was about walking away when Amanda bursted into tears.
