Chapter 28 Getting close

Ashley/Olivia's POV

I've been in this pack for some days and I must confess, "it's a nice place to be."

They are just a small collection of people who are happy and content with having an alpha rule over them.

A part of me was thinking to just settle here and start all over if I can't recover my lost memories. Or even if I recover them, and there is nothing tangible to make me go back to where I come from, I'll choose to stay here.

Having people who would support you fully is another thing. What if I go back and nobody even remembers me? After all, I'm nothing but dead to them.

I have decided to be more friendlier with the people around me. I don't think I know the butler's name or those who have been in charge of taking care of the house.

I'll get closer and establish a good relationship with them. But I first need to know what the old Olivia was like. I'll ask Eloise about that.
