Miguel's POV

When my human felt the pain from our mate being tortured, he retreated. He felt like a failure. He gave up. However, he did not know that we had a plan. 

That time I also felt my mate call out to me. She had retreated to her realm. It is from there, that she reached out for me. At that point, my human lost consciousness. I reached Sunny's Realm and I was filled with awe and admiration. Hee beauty and the beautiful scenery that surrounded her were a sight to behold. Unfortunately, I had to wait a while before I could even talk to her. She has surrounded herself with a bubble. It was clear yes, but when I drew closer, the energy it was emitting was foreboding. Even as her mate, I could not pass that barrier. 

She was sitting with her eyes closed as if she was meditating. Whatever it was, I knew it has to be very important. She was so engrossed in her meditation, that disturbing her, felt like commiti
