Summer's POV
After Grandpa dearest struck me I lost consciousness. However, something more chilling awaited me.
Seraphim was waiting for me in what I presumed, was her own realm. This time she has no gown. She has only wings to cover her nakedness. The brightness surrounding her was blinding. I could not bear to look at her twice. I guess she noted that, then she waved her hands and adjusted the brightness, to a tolerable level. After that, she beckoned me and I took painful steps closer.
In her realm, I could at least walk but my whole body was in pain. She noticed me wincing then she gasped and spoke.
"My apologies little one. I had forgotten that your body has been battered badly."
