Eros POV

The wedding party was finally over as I could see the guests making their way to their various vehicles. I was about to search for Dalia so we could go home but Mr. Thompson stopped me halfway. There was no way I could ignore my father-in-law in public. So I stayed back.

“You tied the knot with my daughter, I am happy now.” He gave me a small smile and I nodded in agreement. I tied the knot in bed… jeez. I refused to let my embarrassment show. How am I supposed to face him? Our relationship hasn’t been perfect from the start. He has seen my family flaws and I have seen his. I may not know much about him but from the little I have seen, he loves his daughter so much. It was in his small gestures and the way he gazed softly when he thought she wasn’t looking.
