Dalia’s POV

“Dalia! Open up!” I hear at the door. It sounds like a female. A happy female.

6:55 am. Such an odd hour.. who dares to wake me up by this time.

I grudgingly sat up, preparing to talk down to whosoever stood beside the door. Rubbing my eyes, I make my way blindingly towards the door. Yesterday didn’t go as I had planned and I want today to be even better. I don’t need this.. it’s not healthy for my baby..

I removed the locks before opening the door as wide as I could.

To my dismay, Emily was the one beside the open door. She was waving a piece of paper to my face. I frown ready to ask her to time it down.

But before I could say anything, she pushed past me and I saw my dad behind me. Gosh! She has managed to wake him up with all her yapping.

“Dad!” she screamed with a loud voice, throwing her thin arms around him.

Dad could only smile. Well, it was wiped off the moment he saw my unimpressed face. I was pissed with her and she didn’t even notice.
