"Just leave me alone and get out!." 

My mother stood at the foot of my bedroom glaring at me with teary eyes from the convex glasses at the hem of her nose. Her eyelids twitches every second as she blinked back pearls of tears that laced the tips of her eyes and threatened to come running down her v shaped face any moment. I knew she was enraged and sad at the same time at me, her stubborn teenage daughter who was refusing to be obedient for the first time ever.  

But I could care less! Not anymore!. 

I took a brief glance at her, made sure to spike hatred from my glowing angry red eyes, I rolled my eyes backwards and dumped my set of ripped jeans inside my red suitcase, "Go away mom. You can't intimidate me into changing my mind. I'm going to crescent academy and that's final!" I yelled, grabbing a handful of underwear from my bottom drawer. 

Mrs Lauren Bell's lips thinned and she blinked back tears again, she swallowed the huge lump in her throat and spoke to me with a quavering voice, "Jessica!. I am your mother and you will listen to me!. Crescent valley is no place for you, you're safer here."

"Mrs Lauren Bell, I thought you would have realize by now that, that tone and that voice doesn't work on me anymore" I zipped my suitcase, hurriedly jammed a long black wig over my messy red hair in a tight bun, then lifted my suitcase off the red sheets on my bed with incredible strength, I grabbed my phone and charger cord and dragged the suitcase pass my mother. 

"GoodBye mom. Tell Mason I'll text him" I said referring to my older brother.

She came after me as I dragged my suitcase down the long hall, I heard sniffing sounds as she got closer to me. "Jessica, I'm trying really hard to protect you here. This is not what your father would have wanted!" She said. 

"You don't know what he would have wanted, you don't know what everyone wants. All you ever do is make us do what you want" I snapped at her, not even looking back, then I added, "He went to crescent academy himself. I'm sure he would be leaping for joy in heaven" at that moment, my phone beeped and a video popped up, i tapped on it. It was the video of the scene that happened at my ex boyfriend's party where something strange had happened to me and red fur began to appear on my skin after I got angry at Ivy for kissing my boyfriend Jacob. 

The video had been going viral for a week now and it just hit 30 million views, my eyes became teary seeing "Wolf girl" in the comments. 

My life is officially over!. 

"See mom!" I halted and shoved the phone in mom's face. Everyone saw it, everyone saw what happened to me. I can't stay here anymore, my life here is over. I'm not a wolf girl!." 

"But you are a werewolf!" She cried out. 

"Werewolves aren't real!. I'm not one!. I don't want to be!. I'm not a make-believe animal!." 

I lifted my heavy suitcase the rest of the way down the stairs, and into the cab waiting outside my front door. 

"Jessica you can't leave this place!" Mom yelled authoritatively, but her shaky voice gave her away. 

"It's my life and I can go wherever I want!. Put my luggage inside the car!" I ordered the cab man. 

My chest lifted up and down, not because I was tired but because I was so enraged. My crop top threatened to rise up over my breast. 

"I am only trying to keep you safe, dimwit!" Mum snapped and I scoffed. 

"Safe!. That's all you ever say. What are you keeping me safe from?. I just want to be a normal plain teenager with no overbearing mother at her neck" I saw her wipe her tears quickly. 

I barely ever cried, the last time I cried was when my father passed away when I was 10. Even when I get hit by the bullies at school, I barely feel any pain so I don't cry. 

"Jessica!" She yelled dramatically again.

Gosh her shout could be heard miles from here. Her chest was rising with each breath she took. She struggled to keep her composure like always but you'd know for certain her emotions were failing her. 

"I'm not even a child anymore!. I can take care of myself, I'm sorry I have to leave even if you don't like it. You don't even get why I have to leave!. You never understand me!. I wish you had died instead of dad!" I said quickly without thinking and even the driver behind me gasped. 

"Oh Jess..." Mom broke off sobbing. She completely lost her composure and cried out loud. 

I balled my fist resisting the urge to apologize immediately. I'll just send her text messages when I get to school. 

"Let's go" I jumped into the taxi wiping away the tears on my face. I have to be strong for myself, I can no longer stay in Beverly hills because everyone knows I'm a werewolf now, I'll get more bullied at school for it. Or worse still, everyone would be afraid of me. 

Just grateful my father left a whole bunch of money for me or else I wouldn't have been able to pay the boarding and tuition fee to register myself to Crescent academy. 

Now, I was moving out of Beverly hills all on my own. 

I received a text message from Jacob, it says "Jessy please pick up your phone we need to talk."

I blocked him immediately, time to leave everything behind!Everything!.
