I dragged the wet towel across her forehead and placed it back into the bowl of cold water.

It has been three days and she still hasn't woken up. The doctor faithfully paid visits to her daily at Romans’ request, his concern etched on the furrowed lines on his forehead. He was just as confused as we were.

Why hadn't she woken up yet?

Her vitals were stable, so far, and based on his examinations, there was nothing wrong with her so why wasn't she waking up?

I checked time and time again to make sure that she was still breathing. Roman had told me that there was no reason to worry but I couldn't help it. My child wasn't waking up she was showing no signs of waking up so I should be worried.

I was still very mad at Roman because this was all his fault. He brought that boy into this house and he almost killed her.

What would have happened if I didn't have that vision?

Or what would have happened if I didn't find her in time?
