"Hayden, why didn't you tell us you were coming to Frecford?" one man asked. "If it wasn't for Jake, we wouldn't have known you were here."

Hayden picked up his tea from the table, his eyes narrowing slightly as he replied softly, "Should I make a special announcement for a simple meeting?"

A man named Rio Silva raised an eyebrow. "How long are you staying at Frecford this time?"

Hayden's expression remained calm. "Three or four days, I suppose."
