Reno's POV
I was relieved to see Jovie squirming until he brought her back up.
“Now that’s something I missed.” Xavier grinned.
“You don’t see angry at me.” Jovie pointed out.
“Look where I’m living Jo. What do I need to be angry about?”

I was confused. Was this about what Jovie’s parents stole from him?
“Water under the bridge baby. Especially since you're still as gorgeous as the day I stole your wallet.” Xavier smiled.
