Chapter 34

Cornelius

I had flown to Italy for a small vacation with my family. Technically it wasn't a vacation since I was only there for my cousin, Nicole. Something about her clothes being featured at Milan's fashion week.

I didn't want to attend the freaking show but since my aunt had been relentless in trying to patch 'the broken heart' she thought I had, I had no choice but to fly to Milan first thing Nicole asked me to.

Invited to her show were ofcourse my aunt Victoria, Chance, my cousin Cain and his fiance Leila Urquillo who was three or four months pregnant. There was a high probability that I would run into him and I for the first time didn't care.

Sure we never saw eye to eye with Cain but I decided to let bygones be bygones. My dad was gone and there was nothing we could do about it rather than move on.

I arrived in Milan a little late about nine p.m. I thanked my pilot before I went to rest after the long flight in Hotel Da Vinci.

Chance was also set to arrive in Milan by tomorrow
