CHAPTER THREE
Braxton POV
Rollings and Christian quickly came to my side as I stood from the table to face my fathers worl. "How dare I? How dare you AND mother! You are NOT the Alpha anymore and yet you both still think that you can make decisions for ME!" I boomed, Jackson was pushing his way to the front and I let him just a little so that I still had enough control to reign him in if the need should arise.
My father was shaking with fury. "You were told that you HAD to find a mate by your twentieth birthday or forfeit the title!"
I stepped closer to him and saw that my mother quickly came up behind her mate to help calm his temper. I stared at him in the eyes, showing him that I will not bow down. "I NEVER agreed to any such deal! I would never settle for any woman that is not MY MATE!"
