Tyler’s POV3weeks laterIt was 3 in the morning when I crept down the stairs to grab a glass of water. I had just entered the station and sat down to enjoy my cup of coffee and popped in my ear buds when Sergeant Combs came up to my desk, “LaFlamme, look alive.” I sat straight up and my coffee took a dive off my lap and landed square on the Sargent’s perfectly shined boots.
