"Here she is..." Samantha said, bringing Izzy out.

Damon's eyes weren't on Samantha, they were pinned on the girl that hid behind her like a refuge. Izzy only peeped at him from behind.

As he gazed upon Izzy, all the coldness in his eyes were replaced by warmth.

"Elizabeth" He called her full name ever so softly.

Izzy trembled in fear and she started rambling to herself, "They have come to take me again. You lied to me! They are coming to take me again!" The more she speaks, the more her tone rose in sheer fear and terror until her voice became high pitched and her body trembling massively.
