73. Looking for answers

She stared at me for a while without uttering a single word. I might get a bit rude but whatever happened in my life in just eighteen hours wasn't something to keep me calm enough. I wanted her to stay alone for a while and take a decision. If I kept roaming around her, she wouldn't be able to think about anything else except me.

"Jay!", she gulped as I leaned towards the window.

"Don't miss the next class", I whispered. She didn't say anything further and shook her head.

"But please, don't come in front of Aren", she told me. Though I got pissed when she said that, I could understand her concern for me.

I stretched my hand inside the car and touched her cheek. "Don't worry. Go", I passed her a smile and she smiled back.

She drove away towards the campus as I took a glance at the building.

I walked by the highway in the opposite direction. It took me fifteen years to know who I was, how different my life was. At the age of fifteen
