At the far end of the room, he stood biting his own lip. I could feel his panic. He was so afraid of losing this baby of mine.

My act went on for the next few hours. The doctors were still falling for my trick until after a while, they took me to the operating room. David became an emotional Alpha like I'd never seen before.

He got angry over trivial things. And refused to wait outside while the doctors examined my pregnancy. This incident made me realize one thing, he really wanted my baby.
