Chapter 11 Moon House

Rina—That’s my new name.

Two years ago, when I left the Blood Shadow Pack, I headed east following what Franz had told me. About a week later, I finally found the place he mentioned—Moon House.

The owner of Moon House was a woman, called Stacey. She took me in and provided me with a room to stay.

When she asked for my name, I hesitated.

I figured, the name Rylee didn't belong to me anymore and I, for one, didn’t want to use Jenna’s name either.

“Rina,” I finally said.

In the end, I told her the name of my wolf.

After putting on a black veil face-cover, I took the hood off the hanger and covered my head.

My face was scary now, there was a long, ugly scar.

In Moon House, I had to take care of some children. I don’t want to scar them, so I wore the black veil to cover my face daily.

On top of that, I also wore black colored contact lenses when I went out so I would not be recognized.
