Chapter Thirty: The Giant

"No...Luciaan..."

A strong scream came out of her, shattering that stillness, and panic and dread spread in her heart. She felt her body trembling inside the palm of his huge hand. However, she raised her head as she looked at the giant’s face, to make sure that what she saw was not an illusion....

The first thing she saw was his huge, bare chest, the width of his broad shoulders, and some of his chestnut strands of hair, which fell freely over him.

Finally, his chin and his broad jaw, which were clearly visible by the moonlight, here her limbs trembled, the blood froze in her veins, fear paralyzed her tongue, her throat dried up, and her teeth began to shake intensely.

Her eyes filled with tears

"He is indeed a giant. I am not under any illusion... A giant has kidnapped me!!! Will he eat me!!! Will he kill me!!! Will he throw me away as if I were a little ball?"
