“Do you really trust the girl Eugene brought?”

Discomfort appeared on his face, and he remembered the feelings he felt when he touched her hands. He was looking at Galadriel in front of him, while his mind was elsewhere.

“You're right, there is something strange about her, but we can't do anything to her now. You know that Eugene has suffered a lot, the extermination of his tribe, the death of his parents, and the betrayal of his uncle. I don't want to deprive him of his mate either.”

Galadriel sighed, looking at him in annoyance

“I really don't know Alpha, the girl refuses to even tell us where the power stones are, that means she doesn't trust us.”

Lucian took out a stack of papers, and began to review them before he said calmly

“This is not a big deal. We don’t trust her either. You can’t ask for trust when you don’t give it.”
