Chapter 31

The Mage waited patiently by the door of Scott's room. He wouldn't want to go in like he once did which almost got him killed.

Scott finally came out as he expected. He hesitated on seeing the Mage.

"Another apology? I won't try that judging by how it went down the last time" he shook his head. He obviously didn't want to grant him audience.

"Wait!" the Mage quickly called back his attention before he could leave. "This isn't an apology. I'm here to help" he commenced.

"To help or get help? You need the help more than me" he chuckled.

"I think I haven't been very considerate. I saw this vision where Alpha Nolan was telling you what to do to me. I later sat down and think what if you are also a victim of Alpha Nolan" the Mage kept shaking his head to show intense.

"You sat down to think about me?" Scott covered his mouth to muffle his laughter. "I must have been given you sleepless nights more than I think" he mocked him.

"You know it made no sense. Scott, Jones's childhood friend work
