Ella got on her feet on seeing betty and Stan come out of the room together. She smiled in excitement at the duo feeling much better. She saw the look on Betty’s face and wondered if she had spilled the secret or not.
“We’ll be leaving now,” Betty said to Ella who nodded in agreement. She waved at the guys and walked out. Then Betty turned to Stan and smiled.
“It was a pleasure talking with you.” He admitted.
“Same here.” She replied.
“Come back anytime.” He added as she turned to leave.
She turned around to gaze at him slowly. She never expected that he would want to see her again.
“My home is open to you, anytime.” He concluded with a smile.
She smiled at him and nodded in agreement. “I definitely will.” Then she left to meet Ella who was waiting outside for her.
