“What happened to her?” Kara was confused.
“She fainted as a result of stress and the pregnancy.” The witch replied, packing up her things since Hayley was asleep.
Kara began to feel like she would agree with Raul on not welcoming the baby since it was taking a toll on her. The witch quickly cut in like she could hear her thoughts.
“This baby is special and he has all his mother’s attributes including her powers which is why the pregnancy is so tough on her.”
“Is there something we can do to stop these constant seizures?”
The witch nodded. “I gave her something to stop the pain and the seizures. Seems like she hasn’t taken them.”
