ATHENA'S POV

Xavier pulled me through some corridors that I had never been to before. In fact, I had never been to this floor, let alone the corridors.

“Where are you taking me?”

“Aren't you a curious little cat?” He smirked.

“Well then, remember, curiosity killed the cat.”

“And satisfaction brought it back,” I chuckled at his playfulness. I was damn sure, no one would ever believe the rumors about him if they saw this side of him. Sometimes it feels nice that he only has this playful side reserved for me.

“Alright. As long as you don't feed me to hyenas. I don't want to be eaten by them,” I have had this weird fear of hyenas since I was five. Because I witnessed a gruesome scene in some weird movie of a small girl being eaten by a hyena. Weird, I know.

“I'd rather eat you myself,” I blushed at his hot response. I knew the meaning behind them. His smirk only cleared it further for me.
