The guy was tall and had a lean body. He has dirty blond hair and pale skin with blue eyes that were adorned with big spectacles that looked good on him giving him a handsome introvert look.

"I'm your neighbor," He said, throwing his thumb to the right and the girl fully opened the door before passing him a tight-lipped smile.

"I'm Evelyn. I just got here today," she introduced and the man nodded.

"Are you Susan's relative?" He asked suspiciously. "I'm her friend, she told me to crash here as I was looking for a place to stay," She revealed and his brows raised in understanding.

"Oh, I see. That girl, jeez. She told me to look after her apartment. She should've informed me about you then I wouldn't have embarrassed myself like this," He said. The guy seemed to be in his mid-20s.

"It's okay, really." She assured him.

"It's nice to meet you, Evelyn. If you need anything I'm just two steps away," He smiled and bobbed her head.

"Thanks, Chris." She whispered as the guy left the apartment
