The Conflict in Relations

It was clear how displeased Jengo was to see Ellie here. Alone with William, no less.

‘Why the hell is she here…?’ he wondered.

“Jen. Impeccable timing you have,” William said.

“How do you mean, Alpha?” Jen asked.

“Because Ellie here has a favor to ask of you. Don’t you, Ellie?”

Jen glanced at the female werewolf, half wondering what she may want to ask, half uninterested in wanting to know what it is.

Ellie hesitated when she saw the rage hidden in his eyes. As much as she wanted to ask him to train her again, she feared what his response will be. Rather, she feared what will happen after. Should she ask now, there was a big possibility he would agree to it, but not out of the goodness of his heart. For all she knew, he could either lie and not train her after, or give her an unreasonable training schedule to work with. No matter how she thought of it…
