"Everything okay?" Luna Vivian asks with a frown as I return to the boutique, stumbling like a baby deer. I feel like someone just hit me over the head with a frying pan. I guess she can tell.

"Aha, sure," I reply, but it sounds and smells like a clear lie. Because I'm OBVIOUSLY not okay. What the hell? I've never been so embarrassed before. I can't believe he was in my room, WHY WAS HE THERE!!!, "Nothing important."
