Daniel's POV

I was over the moon when Angel scolded her roommate just because she disrespected me.

But then, who was I kidding?

We fought again when she was leaving to buy something from the store.

Then again, we patched up.

And again, we fought.

And now I was sitting alone on Angel's bed, fuming in anger.

I seriously couldn't understand how to deal with her. And this mate bond was not helping with it. If a single percent of attitude had been shown by some other person, then I would have kicked her out of my life and would never see his or her face, but…but Angel was not just SOMEONE.

A mate which I never wanted to have, and now that I had her, I didn't want to lose her because, being an alpha, it was important for my wolf and me to keep our mate near us.

'Because of your mountain size ego, we will surely lose her.', Roman growled.

Only he was to comment. I blocked him, thinking about what I should do next. At the same time, I received Aunt Emma's call.
