Alpha Axel's POV

I paced back and forth in my room, my mind racing with a million thoughts. How could I be this stupid? How did I let myself get Athena pregnant? And all I could think about was Racheal.

 I needed to talk to her, to explain everything, to make things right. I reached for my phone and dialed her number, hoping she would pick up this time.

But the call wouldn't connect. Frustration welled up inside me, adding to the already overwhelming guilt. I needed to fix this mess, to find a way out of the tangled web I had woven. 

Just as I was about to give up on reaching Racheal, the door to my room burst open, and there stood Athena.

I stood there, dumbfounded, as Athena's calmness washed over me. It was as if she had taken a deep breath and found a way to suppress her emotions. Confusion swirled within me, for I had anticipated a storm of anger, tears, or perhaps even a heated confrontation. But her de
