Chapter 10

Tyler POV

I watched as a maid took care of the broken vase on the floor. My eyes rolled to each and every fraction of it, while my thoughts were a conflict between Theda, and to the person which this vase was linked to.

Selena.

I caught a view of a large fragment of it, having a stain of blood on it, and I grabbed it carefully.

"Alpha, it's a part of the vase," she said. I gave her a dismissive look, which meant I knew what I was doing, and I placed the fragment in a jar, placing it next to the picture of Selena, staring closely at it. It made memories ring in me, and I tried to hide my emotions. I turned around to see the maid done with cleaning the mess.

Blake walked in hastily to the office, and my eyes rolled at him, scanning his body language and heavy expressions.

Was he here with his usual tantrums again?

"Are you all right?" He asked me when he stopped in front of me.

"Is she okay?"

"Who…?"

"Her. Theda, I mean," I retorted, ignoring his first question.
