Nova and I broke up in a gruesome fight regarding the sensitive matter of Zayden’s life and death. Nova became furious and asserted her dominance, not ready to admit her mistake.

“You were like a toddler in the crowd, puzzled by the blessing of being a whisperer.

As a responsible one in our duo, I took the responsibilities of solving the grave issues and dealt with our complicated mating.”

She stuck out her tongue, rolling her eyes at me.

“Your history of panic attacks and rash decisions isn’t promising, Helena. And instead of thanking me, you’re accusing me of an imaginary mistake.

I’m utterly disappointed!”
