Chapter 57: Certainty

EMILY:

Hearing the maid servant speak in panic, I let go of the door knob immediately. "Is something wrong?" I questioned. She shook her head in negation.

"No, my lady. The Alpha has kept this room locked up for years, and no one has entered since then. I'm so sorry, but I don't…."

I turned my gaze back to the room. My curiosity wanted to get the better part of me, but then I was quick to control myself. Christian had a lot to hide, and I had a feeling that this room would lead me to something.
