Astrid’s POV:

“Special

abilities?” I asked

“Yes!

“According to the Ancient Wolf Anecdotes,” Alpha’s father informed me, “there

are 100 types of wolves, each possessing a unique ability exclusive to its

kind. These wolves are extremely rare and almost impossible to locate. I

recommend reading the entire introduction of this book, particularly the 99th

page.”

“I will

definitely read it,” I replied, clutching the book. I dusted off the cover, and

the beautiful embroidery caught my attention.

“Just

believe in yourself, and in no time, you will be ahead of all the warriors

here,” he advised me. Before I could say anything, a man of the same age as him

shouted from behind.

“Alpha

Morris, are you ready? “The man shouted, and Alpha’s father turned to look at

him. So, Alpha’s father’s name was Morris. Not like I would be calling him by

his first name.

“Beta

Sergio. I was bidding farewell to the Luna,” Alpha Morris told the man called

Beta Sergio. I was completely confused by their use of titles
