Viviane POV

“Don’t take him away, please. He didn’t do anything, you heard him,” I begged Philip, but he did not want to hear me. Instead he chained Atticus like a dog and took him away.

When they were gone, Lilliane and I did not stay alone for long, Delta Derek and a few of our warriors emerged from the water. They could have rounded the lake but this could have taken much longer to reach us. Thank goodness they brought clothes on and were not naked as they were in their wolf form before.

“Luna, are you alright? Did they hurt you or Lady Lilliane?” I was about to answer. We were a little shaken and bruised but nothing serious when my sister jumped into the Delta’s arms at the sound of her name being spoken.
