Chapter Fifty-six
Alex POV.
I rushed out of dads office, leaving Lina there, and was about to go upstairs, when I decided to enter the public TV room and begin to smash everything, Hunter had taken control and he was furious. The few people in the room fled when they saw it was Hunter in control, not me. He broke everything from vases to the huge 60' TV that was thrown out the big window. I could hear my dad commanding Hunter to let me back, but Hunter was far more powerful than my dad and his wolf. I could feel he was close to shifting completely when I heard my dad tell Lina not to go near us. It made Hunter even more pissed because he would never hurt our mate, just as fur started showing I heard the sweet voice of my beautiful mate.
“Hunter?” we turned and looked at her. She looked scared and I heard and felt him whimper.

Alex POVWaking up I lay thinking about last night. Everyone but the king was surprised by the fact that I knew how the royal mark look. Last time I let Hunter out for a run we had come by the river, and I had spotted something above my right shoulder. What I have been wondering about was it had not even been there before. Also if you look really closely at my mark on Lina’s neck. you can see the wolf has something above the shoulder. I think I got that mark when Lina and I completed our matebond. But I never told or showed it to anyone, as I didn’t know why I all of the sudden got it and what it meant.Lina stirs next to me and I look at her. My beautiful mate.
