Chapter fifty-seven
Lina POV.
When I woke up I was sore, Alex had been a bit rougher than he use to be with me. Like he claimed me over and over. I snuck out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower. While I am standing under the hot water I hear the door open and next I feel his strong arms wrapping around my waist and he buries his face at my neck.
“I’m sorry beautiful.” He whispers against my skin.
I know why he is sorry, but I know yesterday was incredibly hard for him, and he felt like I was going to be taken away from him all over again. And I know he wasn’t in full control, I could feel Hunter very close to the surface and I heard Moon try to calm him.
“It is okay, I know you weren’t in full control.”
“Did I hurt you?”
“No, I am just a little sore.”
I turn around in his arms and smile at him, he smiles back and bends down giving me a soft kiss.
