Chapter twenty-six

Todd dropped Amber at home and asked if she had plans for tomorrow to which Amber said no, he paused for a while then said.

“Good, I’ll pick you up for dinner at 6pm” got into his car leaving Amber gawking behind him as he drove off.

Amber got into her apartment after he left but was furious, she would like to give him a piece of her mind but she couldn’t because she couldn’t muster up the courage to do so, she wished he had at least asked her like a normal man would do but instead he chose to act like a boss offering his staff a meal, if it was a date, he should have asked if she would like to have dinner with him but he didn’t, well maybe it isn’t a date after all she thought
