I waved a bye to the trio with a hammering heart as the door to the elevator got closed, making them disappear. If only I could just go with them.

I couldn't muster the courage to go back inside and face the person who's my husband now. It's been one week since our marriage but his absence kind of made me forget the reality that I'm married now. That too, to a person who hates me. Not that I've any different thing in my mind for him.
