CHAPTER 23

Zach went through the glass doors of the bureau’s office building late morning of the following day after giving a short press conference the office of the congressman insisted, they do was done. He knew the reason behind that assertion. It’s a political move by his office to make sure that the congressman’s name will always be in the spotlight.

“You did good in avoiding direct answers, Montgomery,” Director Worthington said as they entered the elevator together, just the two of them. “Has Walters already submitted her report?”
