I sat up on the bed, doing nothing. I had never been so idle before. I've always had something to do all my life, I've always gone from visiting the sick people in the pack hospital to making sure the other people who aren’t admitted are okay. I was always dealing with pack affairs, I put things in order, give orders for things to be done and thereafter, I attended a series of meetings where we would have to talk, talk and talk, most of them were just baseless arguments.

I have never been in the midst of a mother and a son, a family of my own where I just suddenly became idle. And the worst is that there is nothing I could do to keep myself busy, absolutely nothing at all.

I sat at the edge of the bed, watching Aurora and Jasper get ready for the day. I watched Aurora drag Jasper into the bathroom.
